Firmware to mp3 NWZ-B173F

I need to upgrade the firmware of my player because I can not turn it on. Please I need help.

It won't switch off
You need to upgrade the firmware i guess...first press the reset button at the back of it with a pin to turn it off.Then to upgrade the firmware,you need to download the firmware from here. http://support.sony-europe.com/dna/downloads/firmware/firmware.aspx?site=odw_en_GB&m=NWZ-B135&f=FRM_NWZ_B13x_f
