Can't connect to wifi and there seems no way of connecting it via ethernet to my BT homehub box - this is a christmas present so keen to sort out the issues very soon!
I had this problem with my son's Kurio over Christmas and found that connecting to wireless in Kurio mode was impossible. If you go to the parental mode and click the switch to Android button there are settings for the wifi in the Android platform settings. You can set up there and then go back to the Kurio safe mode for the children to use. Hope this helps...
Try reseting your router make sure you have the right pass key my tablet does the same thing I have to unplug the router plug it back in and go to my wifi settings hit forget on my router and retype my password even tho my other wireless devices are conecting fine to avoid this in the future invest in a newer router
I have a similar but different problem - it connects to wi-fi alright and I was able to use it for a few weeks. Now I get an error message "web page not available" for every site I try to access. This is despite being connected to my wif-fi router with excellent signal strength. Other devices work fine on wi-fi. Any suggestions?

My Kurio won't connect either.
I have tried all of the suggested remedies and still can't connect.
In the end and external agent for Kurio, XMA LTD, who deal with all of their warranty work took it back and checked it. They informed me it connected to 2 different wifi networks in their building and had no faults. I have now tried it in 4 different locations on different routers and ISP's and still no connection!!
FRUSTRATED is not the word!!!!!!
XMA advised me if I send it back again I will be charged 45pounds plus vat for them to even consider looking at it!
It has never even been used as we can't access any new apps and is less than a month old.
I am furious as I have a brand new Kindle Fire that connects to my home wifi without problem as well as my mobile phone, laptop and other devices.
The best advice XMA could give me was phone Sky for router tech support or buy a new router !!!!
At first my daughter tries to set the kurio 10s tablet for her little brother and skips the wi-fi setup so i reset the tablet and try to setup the wifi myself, it has excellent connection but just wont connect itself,I give days it still has excellent connection but wont finish i this is my first time someone please respnd.
the kurio kids tablet is awful- i am completely conversant on all current technology and this tablet does not allow the average user to enjoy the internet, it is almost impossible to get the wifi working. i will spend the extra money next time and get a decent product-if kurio doesn't listen to overwhelming criticism, it will be left behind -i wont shed a tear

For any one having troubles connecting to WiFi . check your date and time. Because min wasn't connecting either. And I glanced at the time and then the time on the wall and they were different. My date was Dec.30 1999 I fixed it and it connected with full bars that were blue.
