suzuki still sells these parts. my guess, is the actual upper ,pedal arm broke or bent. as is so common. it is caused buy not replacing the clutch cable every 100k miles or lubing it. (stripped spline, busted firewall, bent or cracked.) there are 3 ways. 1: new arm at suzuki (ask for p/n I can tell you) 2: get part off a wrecked kick or tracker 3: pound it straight or weld it. http://www.fixkick.com/tranny/clutch/clutch-on-kick.html
You are not specific as to what is happening, but most people have the "click-click" problem. If that is it.....it means not enough power getting to the starter solenoid. You can get lucky by removing the wires from the clutch pedal switch and splice them around it to remove the switch resistance. If that does'nt do it completely, you need to get a relay kit from one of the many Samurai suppliers
I assume it is a cable operated clutch. If so the adjustment is tightened so that there is about 1/2 to 1" of pedal travel to clutch operation, provided the gears can be selected smoothly.
i just purchased a Chiltons manual from O'Rielly's for a 94 tracker its marked SUZUKI (Samurai/Sidekick/Tracker 1986-98) It includes FULL Wiring/cavuum diagrams....Hope his helps

the cable just hooks over the top of the clutch pedal.
Google Clutch cable and you will get an automotive site.
Select Tracker and you should pull up a picture.
There is very little to it.
The cable comes through the firewall and hooks on the top of the clutch pedal.
Hope that helps
Adjusted Clutch cable assembly under passenger side of vehicle. Had assistance from friend depressing clutch pedal and engaging shift lever. Problem went away
