I have a samsung hlp5085w with a light bulb symbol, my question is what else i have to change, i already replace the light bulb which was blown, i replace a color wheel too and still got the light bul

I am not sure if the ballast is bad or the dmd board, I just replace the light bulb and after several times of trying to turn it on it works but with the image a bit blury and with the color too dark and too bright, so I turn the tv off and when I try to turn it in again it did not.

If you have already replaced the lamp and ballast, to no avail, then it is time to take it in to a certified repair center.  Most will charge a nominal diagnostic fee.  My 61" did the same thing and it turned out to be the Light Engine (of which the DMD Board is a part).
If the problem were the color wheel, the lamp would come on for a bit until the color wheel sync couldn't be achieved and then it would turn off.  The all-3-flashing-lights problem is the lamp.  Here is a page from the service manual on the 3 blinking lights problem.
The Light Engine controls the ballast via a separate signal than the 320 Volts.  The voltage reading means that the Power Board is working properly.

It could be the lamp but don't overlook the lamp door interlock switch. If the lamp door is not aligned properly, you may have intermittent shutdown or no start conditions. You can temporarily cross the interlock switch to confirm that this is the cause.

SOURCE: Samsung HLP4663w. After replacing the Ballast,

if the picture is blue green there is a jumper to be removed on the dmd board on connector cn810--the index delay should be between 40 and 50 for optimum color --or adjusted for best flesh tone also in the options the cw setting should be set for cw2

SOURCE: Check Fan No. 2 Error Message

The DMD board you installed is bad. It senses the detection line from the fan and generates the error code. Try installing the old DMD board.

Sounds like you may have a misplaced lamp door safety switch. I have a tip at http://www.fixya.com/support/r5207658-dlp_tv_run_after_replacing_lamp which explains the problem and how to fix it. Let me know if you need more help.

Tv continues to turn on and off by itself..

When it shuts off by itself, does the blue circle screen under the "Samsung" label show a picture of a light bulb? If so, it's probably time to replace the lamp.

If you look in the back of your tv, you should be able to see the light from the bulb, if the bulb isn't working no light.
