SHARP R 88BKM no microwave

When on microwave setting light comes on, fan starts,turntable revolves but no microwave heat. Display is ok, all other controls work fine including convection heating

Everything works turntable, lights timer but not the oven?

This is Sharp Model R-1481

serial Number 139162 Manufactured Dec 1998 Is there an internal fuse and if so where do I find it?

This is a sure sign that the MAGNATRON unit has went out on your oven and will need replaced! (This is what cooks the food!)

If the inside light, turntable and internal cooling fan all come on when you try to cook, but it's not heating, then check the bottom door switch and its mount.

Everything works on my sharp microwave except it wont heat anything up. The cooling fan, digital display, turntable, oven light all in good shape. It just wont heat anythihng up. Sharp model R-308 NP...

The problem is in the magnetron, "heart of the microwave oven" or the inverter board if the system is less than 7 years old.

I would strongly consider replacing the microwave oven, prices have dropped considerably. The problem you are describing is in the keypad controller board.

Oven suddenly lost heat, inside fuse is OK though. Display, fan, turntable all working. Is it magnetron or its power supply?

You're right, if the lights come on and turntable moves, it is most likely your magnetron.

Microwave not heating up

Check the door switch, when it is faulty the oven will turn on but turntable, fan and magnetron wont operate.

Sharp 1870 just quit cooking and no turntable

The fact that the microwave and convection both do not heat indicated that the oven is in demo mode, check the user manual, otherwise it will possibly be a relay not triggering, may need a pcb replacement, check Demo mode 1st....Phil

Dacor dcm24s.light, fan, and control panel work but turntable and heat do not

Most likely the bottom door switch. Dacor units are built by Sharp and that switch is a very common problem. You'd either need to check the switch with an ohm meter or remove the cover of the switch to see if it's burned inside.
