The general answer is: Yes, you can!
It is even ideal if you are using two different hard drives, because you can use the whole disk and you don't have to re-partition. Depending on which OS's you want to install, you have to go different ways.
The crucial question is always the bootloader - the start screen in which you choose which OS you want to start.
You did not mention which OS's you want to install, so the only advice I can give you right now is to google "[OS1] [OS2} Dualboot" and work your way through.
