I cant play madden 09 or any other games because when I turn on my xbox It asks me to install update. It keeps saying network error and there is nothing wrong with the network. I even tried to play it without a network connection and it still asks for update.
when i go to settings on the dashboard to test connection everything is fine until i get to the xbox live test, then the screen gets blurry and enlarged and i cannot do anything after that.
please HELP!!
Clear your cache- Settings>Memory>Press "y">Clear cache. If this doesn't work, go to xbox.com/support or call 1-800-4MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269).
As i tell everyone with this problem with other games too go buy a new concolse if that helps i hope it does
