Some other board in the TV is drawing more power or isn't functioning at all. Use a voltmeter to be positive the power supply board is sending the correct voltages to the other boards.

a chip on the main PCB went out. I just replace the board on my X32GV, You can sometimes find one on ebay, you can also get free live tech support from sceptre here. Or send it in for repair if still under warranty here.
I just got a 42" komodo by Sceptre, same problem, except "SCEPTRE" showed on the screen. I was sent a USB key program to insert in the service slot in the back and it reflashes the bios. This is old news for you but maybe new for someone?
