Call Xerox. The Corporation needs to take responsibility for selling a machine that has toner available. //They should tell you where to get the toner or provide some for you. Start out nice but don't let the push you around; insist if you need to. Xerox can't sell a machine with no toner.

If this does not work the screen probably needs to be replaced. The screen image does not reflect the state of the capacitance resistance touch function.

Which model of Ricoh are we talking about here? If touch screen is not responding before replacement, re-calibrate touch screen or replace it. I can help you with the calibration code if you require. format your phone and try to access your phone.if the touch is still not responding then you can find out that there problem. then contact the company service center of your mobile and change the display screen.just go on with the company for changing the display screen for your mobile. they will replace the original touch display panel for your mobile.this is best for your mobile.because some local service may replace some local display. which may affect the other components of your mobile.

The mobile screen would have been damaged or a device connected to your screen my be defected .Try to remove your touch screen safe guard sticker then clean the display. If this doesn't work out for you consult your dealer for replacement of new display.

I think if you push the heated wash and heated dry buttom several times until all the buttoms light up this may fix your problem.
You may have different kind of light flashing indicator, but the same solution.
Possibly check the sequence switch
