If that's the alternate e-mail you put in when you sign up to yahoo. If not I hope you still remember whatever it is that you use.

Then click on the forget Yahoo ID or password in the bottom of the yahoo sign in box. They'll send you the password to your alternate e-mail.

I'm sorry to say that you have no way to give it back, but one of my buddy had same problem and he could give it back by this phone number and mail from yahoo, if you really need to that address mail, you can call and send mail continuesly, maybe you could get possitive answer like my buddy. Just make sure that you are entering your correct username and password. But in your case, you have forgot your password and your personal verification. Do you know that there is no way to retrieve your email account because of this reason. Well, I suggest, you just have to create a new email account.

If you have forgotten your yahoo password and you cannot provide the same information you gave during registration or when you last updated your account. Without the correct verification information,You will not be able to obtain a new password. If there were a easy fix it would be open to abuse from hackers...Sorry.
