On the 4346 mixer/grinder the clutch can't be adjusted. It is a Moorse clutch and will need to be replaced. If you ate handy buy the rebuild kit for the bottom end from Hobart. It's not cheap but once it's done it will last for years. Hope this helps, Food luck
hi just saw this i just did 3 4346 mixer grinders for a guy out hear all new bearings seals campelet re @ re on them and made them in to derect drives its the way to go it just ends all the problems with the sprag clutches and hobarts prices
How do you convert it to direct drive. Is that something I can do or do I have to find a specialist

Yes A-200 are number 12 I would find a hobart grinder they will have a big H in the casting on the neck get one with a stainless pan and stomper to push product down the throat. If you wait on Ebay and put it on your watch list they do come along. look for no rust. Make sure it has the big H in the casting. the other after market ones seem to not last long like the metal wears on the worm and hub to fast. also you always know where to get a piece if you need it if its a Hobart. not so with the forign jobs.
