I LOST MY MTN PUK SCODE

there are basically 2 ways to retrieve your MTN PUK code. The first is by checking your sim pack it is usually a 10 digit number on your sim pack and can be found under your pin code. If you dont have the pack again simply use another MTN line to call customer care and request for it. The network provider will supply it to you.

I guess is from a phone right?If your telephone asks PIN-code and you have forgotten it, you will need PUK code. PUK code is indicated on the card-certificate attached to your SIM-card. If you have lost your card-certificate, please call the network 5+ Service Center. After switching your telephone on, "Enter PIN-code" will be displayed. Enter any PIN-code. After you have entered incorrect PIN-code three times, telephone will ask your PUK-code

The PUK code is usually on the SIM certificate of your SIM Pack. It is provided by your network provider. Ask your network provided to assistance if you have lost your SIM certificate.

Hello,PUK code is indicated on the card-certificate attached to your SIM-card. If you have lost your card-certificate, please call the network Service Centre. You can call the MTN service provider's customer care for getting the PUK code. Also if you have a internet account you can find the PUK code there.

1. if you've already registered the sim with the network- go to home page on web login to your account click on the help section click on unblock my sim, enter your mobile number & hey presto PUK code appears

2. ring the network & ask them for your PUK code
