F11 = control board failure
The power surge during the outage damaged the control board and it will need to be replaced. Here is the board to order.

Here is some wisdom for understanding F1 fault codes.

In some models, there are subcodes that make diagnosis even easier.

Here's a simple explanation of what's going on and how to troubleshoot:

The F1 code indicates that:

a. The electronic range control (ERC) is sensing heat in the oven when in a time-of-day (i.e., not cooking) mode.

b. The ERC is receiving information to run multiple heat functions simultaneously.

Although different components (depending upon the model) could generate the code, simple and straightforward testing using your ohm meter is all you gotta do to test for it.

1. Check the oven temperature sensor. The oven sensor has to be within spec or it will cause the F1 code.
As an example of being out-of-spec, the ERC will generate an F1 fault code when the sensor shows 1650 ohms during a time-of-day mode.
This is equivalent to 350°F in the oven.
The resistance isn't high enough to generate an F2 code (runaway temp) or an F3 or F4 code (shorted/open sensor circuit).
The ERC monitors the sensor circuit after a heat cycle and expects the resistance to drop back to 1050-1100 ohms.
The fault code is generated when this doesn't happen. Checking the sensor circuit means also checking the harness,
harness connections and the sensor itself.

2. If the oven sensor circuit checks okay, then turn your inquisitive eyeballs to the touchpad.
If the range has a separate touchpad/keyboard, the keypad may have moisture that is shorting several circuits simultaneously.
If the F1 code is given immediately (instead of during or after a heat cycle),
remove the ribbon connector from the touchpad to the ERC after clearing the F1 code. If the F1 code does not return in five minutes,
then cast a suspicious gaze upon the touchpad/keyboard. Shorts may be caused by using an ammonia-based glass cleaner.
The touchpad surface will absorb ammonia-based cleaners that are sprayed directly on the glass surface. When heat is applied,
the surface material can break down causing shorts.
If you're gonna use ammonia-based cleaners on your control panel, then you should spray it on the rag and then wipe the touchpanel
-don't spray directly onto the surface of the touchpad.

3. On Amana ranges with a rotary temperature dial, be sure that the knob is in the OFF position when performing tests.

4. If these tests all check good, then replace the ERC.

SOURCE: Kenmore oven control beeps and shows F1

According to Kenmore's list of error codes, F1 means EOC (Electronic Oven Control) failure, and the solution is to replace the EOC. You might look into that. The part itself costs around $80, as far as I can see.

SOURCE: F1 error message Kenmore Electric range model 790.95680301

Hi

F1 error means that you have either a bad ERC (clock) or a bad touch pad. To check these please follow these simple instructions:

  1. Disconnect power to stove
  2. Gain access to the back of the clock (electronic range control or ERC).
  3. Unplug the touch pad ribbon connector from the ERC. This will be a flat wire approx. 1 1/2" to 2" wide.
  4. Make sure everything is clear and will not short out when power is turned back on.
  5. Turn power back on to stove.
  6. Watch for the F1 and listen for the beep.
  7. If you get the F1 and beep, replace the ERC.
  8. If after approx. 30 minutes you do NOT get the F1 and hear the beep, replace the touch pad.

Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks

How to stop flashing clock and beeping on lg gas range

If the clear/stop key does not work, you can try throwing the circuit breaker, waiting 30 seconds, reengaging the breaker. Then try the clear key again. The LG models vary in control panel instructions and the user manuals I encounter don't mention shutting off the beeping. Rather, you are directed to make a call for service. On first installation or after a power failure, it is normal for flashing and beeps to appear. https://www.lg.com/us/support/video-tutorials/lg-range-pf-flashing-clock-CT00000303-1366750845305

For Kenmore 7903019400 wall oven error code F 11, the touchpad/keyboard is the replacement part called the clock/timer? as clock/timer or range control panel are only parts listed? so which part is it

F11 means a shorted button on the button board. This could actually be a shorted button, or it could be a bad connection to the embedded microprocessor. There is literally no way to tell without actually testing the unit. If the EOC module (electronic operator control) comes with a button pad, change them both out if you can't test them separately. Kenmore has other manufacturers make their equipment for them (frigidaire, whirlpool, electrolux, etc), so the generic equivalent board may be cheaper to buy somewhere else than sears. Your local appliance service center will know what parts fit what sears models. The model number you provided is useless to me. 25321842-21syibu3fgwpdxocjnkpw0ib-3-0.jpg

Kenmore gas range F11 error code

The "F11" fault code indicates a shorted button on the electronic oven control. This means the oven control board will likely need to be removed and replaced. You could disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power. If "F11" returns upon power-up, replace the electronic oven control board (EOC). but if i had your model number i could nail it right on the head with a fix...

It show F11 Error code

Good Afternoon Friend,

I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire freestanding gas range showing an F11 error code. F11 means your appliance has detected a Shorted Key, which could also be a key that has been detected as pressed for a long period of time. This will terminate all oven activity. What you can do is to press the "Clear" key and if that does not work you will want to give your range a hard reset. You can do this by either unplugging it or cutting the power at the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes.

After restoring power you will need to reset the clock. You will do this by entering in the time and pressing start.

Turn the oven on and if you are still receiving the F11 error code, I suggest either contacting the manufacturer or contacting your local authorized technician to diagnose your appliance. Hope this helps.

-Best Regards-

Hello, welcome to FixYa.

I understand you have the Kenmore 7904671 range, correct ? I also understand based on your post you're getting the F11 error message, correct ?

This range is built by Electrolux/Frigidaire as you may or may not know and a
ccording to the service manual, here's what it is and what you can do
...I will also add, Fault codes are not a foolproof system. Never assume that a part has failed based on a displayed fault code.

("TST" is the touch sensitive panel and EOC is for Electronic oven control or timer)
...If you pull/slide the unit away from the wall and unplug it or turn the house breaker off for 30 seconds to a minute the control should reset. That should do it...unless either of the control's has failed.
