If you have the pc suite cd or installer compatible with you phone then it should be working after you install the pc suite on your computer. whenever you insert the USB connected on your phone to your computer, the computer will recognize it and ready for use.

1) Make sure that the bottom connector is clean.

2) Check your cable driver.

3) Lock if there is connection icon in the system tray.

4) If all dont work..reinstall your pc suite.

First reinstall pc suite. Then connect your phone to computer via data cable. This is first time you connect your phone with computer so pc suite will install two settings/apps in your phone. One of which will be of messages.Now you will be able to view messages.Thanks

it is the problem with usb data cable or with ur phone point which we connect the datacable. when u find this problem expand the cable for a max. distance from the pc when u connect both of it.
