Exposure lamp the bright light under the big glass is burned out, try reset, by opening front door look to your upper left small access plate remove it this must be done with machine on. press the reset button if the code goes away OK. If not replace the exposure lamp if you can find one a very very legacy Minolta machine!
I worked on a EP 1030 copier and the error PC is when the machine doesn`t pickup paper. Make sure pickup roller is clean and there is paper in paper tray.
j3 - exit jam search for a lever at the exit point of the copier, you sould be able to see the sensor at the lower part of the fuser. I may bejamed or the flag broken.
