I got my son a New Bright RC toy car from Costco for Christmas, the battery has been charged only two times, it went bad. Burn the charger too. I bought another same charger and battery from ebay brand new. Same problem.
Don't throw away any NiCd power tool battery, Firestorm or Versapakbattery that does not hold a charge or does not give you the power youneed, you can get new life from your battery or device that containsNiCd batteries. icad batteries often die in such a way that they won't take a chargeand have zero voltage. This usually means they are shorted out bycrystal dendrite growth. You Can fix these shorted crystal dendrites by"Revitalization through Vaporization of Dendrites (RVD) Process".

I am trying to get in contsct with the New Bright company to replace the battery pack and charger for my fountain RC 23 boat and I cant get any help. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS THEIR PRODUCTS ARE IN ALL TOYS STORE AND NO RESPONSE? this is a consumer protection issue

Same problem. Bought it at Costco for Christmas and was dead two days later
One charge and then nothing. Charger light won't even illuminate when battery is placed in the cradle.
so this will burn out the charger if i use it to charge the new battery,so what good is it if itcant even be used to charge evenone battery
