I need online walk through direction to get music onto my sons mp# player before christmasd. PLEASE HELP!
MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

I hope you have solved this problem by now, but if not, there should have been a usb cable in the box with the player, all you do is make sure the player is switched on, then plug the cable into it and then into the PC, the computer should then detect the player as a removable drive (the same as a memory stick) and you can copy your mp3 files from the computer to the player, as you would with any other type of file.
Windows Xp installs the player as a removable drive automatically, but under older verisons of windows, you need to install a driver so the computer knows it is a removable drive, this driver can be found on the CD-rom, that came in the box with the player.
SOURCE: unable to sync music purchased from itunes onto zen mp3
Ticodude is right, Creative players do not support iTunes, and vice versa. There is, however, 3rd party software that will not only allow you to sync your Zen player with iTunes. It will also perform a completely legal 'virtual burn' of those protected ACC files (m4p) and allow you to sync them as well. It's called TuneClone, you can download it here: http://www.tuneclone.com/itunes-creative-zen/
Another 3rd party app that is very popular for this is iTunesSync: http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,69633/description.html
