Go to Menu-Settings-LOCATION & SECURITY-Set up screen lock to set the
unlock pattern. If the unlock pattern is entered incorrectly 5 times in a row, the handset will give you a hint to unlock by entering g-mail account, or continue to enter the unlock pattern after 30 seconds. There will be no trouble as long as you remember your unlock pattern. If users didn't bundle with the g-mail account when using Google handset for the first time, then they can't also use g-mail account to unlock after they forget the unlock pattern. The only way is to refresh, however, you should be cautious that this might cause your user data loss.

You can try all zero's (Example: 000000, 0000). Now since your device already has a custom unlock code, more than likely you will need a customer service representative of MetroPcs to assist you, where such information can be accessed.
