There are a few possible reasons why your watch is not working:

  1. The battery is dead (sometimes even new watches have a dead or dying battery in them).
  2. The plastic piece between the crown and the watch case was not removed (this protects the battery from wearing down until you receive the watch).
  3. You bought a watch with a damaged movement or somehow damaged the movement through usage and it just will not work period so you may have to return it, exchange it, or have it repaired
These are the 3 reasons why your watch could not be working. The reason will fall into one of these 3 categories, so I hope this helps!

My Casio watch band has split apart where the rubber part holds the main pin to the steel watch band making the band unable to be repaired. I would like to find a replacement watch band. Can you help me?

are you referring to casio mtg900 if so do you mean the rubber part below the G button . If so I do believe casio sells that first link . You can call them if you would like to order it if they still have in stock or for a whole new band

you can see the parts store here

The 24 hour hand sticks at the 12 oclock posiion on my omega seamaster gmt every 24 hours the hour hand will not pass this position.

It sounds as though the 24hr hand is being obstructed, and that is also stopping the 12hr hand. Try to examine the face carefully for foreign objects (or bent hands). Unless you're very skilled with watches, I would suggest that you take it for repair. If the hands are sticking, gently pull out the crown ("winder") to stop the watch and prevent further damage.

Techno Marine MO4 Watch, Seconds hand doesn't reset to top cente

You do not need to return the watch. It has self adjusting features (operated by the owner). Pull out crown to the first click, then push and hold the pushbutton at 2 o'clock to adjust the hand. When done - push crown back in.
If it doesn't work, pull out crown to the second click and do as described above.

Crane and Viceroy ladies RC watch

Hi, Klik and Crane & Viceroy are excellent and robust watches, but due to the radio control batteries need to be changed more often than ordinary watches. Instructions for resetting the time on a Klik or Crane & Viceroy watch. With the watch face upwards and the buttons on the right assume the buttons to be; top button - "A", middle button "B" For setting the watch to GMT all hands need to point to 12 oclock exactly. To achieve this press Button A until the hands start spinning. Stop the spinning when the time reaches a couple of minutes before 12 oclock by repressing A. Inch the time forward by repressing Button A until all hands are at 12 oclock.(EXACTLY). Press Button B within 10 seconds and the time will advance 1 hour and stop. The radio signal will be picked up automatically and time will set itself in a few minutes. Notes: If you have radio dead spots avoid these when resetting the watch and do it away from magnetic or large metal objects. i.e. trays etc. If you are refitting a new battery and have a battery that isn't quite dead, do the advancement of time with the old battery and fit the new one near to 12 oclock to get the best life out of the new battery. If for any reason you want the watch to be in radio mode but read a time other than GMT ( no adjustment is needed for BST ), then instead of stopping the watch at 12 oclock stop it at the time in relation to 12 oclock. i.e. if you wanted the watch to read 30 minutes fast then stop the watch at 12.30. if you want any other info my email is; [email protected]
