Hi Malcolm, you can connect the compiler to the equalizer input and the equalizer output to the input you use in the Behringer X2222 mixer

Hola Malcolm, puedes conectar la compuatadora a la entrada del ecualizador y la salida del ecualizador a la entrada que usas en el mixer Behringer X2222

SOURCE: Adobe Audition 3 Not Sensing Mic

Check the input and output settings. Look in the preferences or settings menu for "i/o settings" or "i/o setup." You're going to set it from the default internal mic input to this one. It sounds like it may be that simple.

SOURCE: Need Behringer Eurorack mixer power supply connector

Those were used for mic connectors at one time,,, they are related to the Amp 91-MC3F family of connectors and those are out of production and they are demanding $20 to $50 for one connector.

That is a ridiculous price and I would be tempted to swap out the connector for a more available design.

On eBay item 250401122616 is one but they want $13 pus $11 shipping which is a rip off.

These were used on some OLD CD radio mics.

SOURCE: Behringer XENYX 1622FX, won't power on. Phantom power works(?)

After reviewing the schematic, I don't understand how the Phantom power can REMAIN on with the power switch off... this CANNOT occur except for what energy is left in the 48 volt supply filter cap... This might last for minutes after the fuse went... UNLESS you have devices connected which are backfeeding the 48 volts. (which would be a disaster)

The 48 volts, +/- 12 volts and +/- 15 volts and the +5 volts ALL come from the SAME switching power supply. I suspect one of the filter caps went or the primary switching regulator a TDP245Y chip.

You should ONLY work on the line side of this using an ISOLATION transformer since the line side has lethal voltages.

To do testing, one replaces the fuse and puts a 60 Watt light bulb in series with the hot side of the inout line. The lamp "acts" as a resetable fuse and limits the current for testing. When all is well again, the lamp will remain out with the power flowing through it.

The D1 diode bridge and C7 input rectifier and filter are first things to check. You can do those with an ohmmeter.

I will caution you to ALWAYS power any and all equipment from the SAME power source. Plugging in devices from across the room will set up ground loops and any ground fault will fry equipment.

How to use the behringer 802 mixer and connect it to the computer

There are a variety of ways to accomplish this, but the two most common ways are:
  1. Purchase a BEHRINGER USB interface -- like a U-CONTROL UCA222. This will allow you to use the USB port for your sound In/Out. This will also require RCA cables to connect from mixer to UCA222 unit.
  2. Or...purchase a dedicated sound card (preferred) like an M-Audio Audiophile 2496 that can be installed in your computer (not for laptop). You will also need I/O RCA cables to connect.

Behringer djx700 has no bass

Check that all the eqs are set not to cut bass, check there are no effects on and that the XPQ is off. If you still have the problem how sure are you there is no bass coming from the mixer? Have you tried it with another amp? We had one hire customer who had the same problem you describe and his amp had a crossover and it was set to act as a mid/top amp and wasn't giving him any bass, unsurprisingly, switching it back to full range sorted it.

Hi folks...I have a Behringer HA 400 Micro Amp. My question is: as I am a bass player/guitarist. Can I put my bass or guitar through this device. I understand that it will accommodate 1 instrument at a...

You can put just about any instrument through any amp. The difference in sound will be whether or not that amp was designed for the particular frequencies of that instrument. Also whether or not the speakers you are using are designed for those frequencies. When playing bass you need speakers designed to carry low frequencies (40 - 400 hz); mid-ranges and tweeters don't cut it. Set your instrument volume on the guitar at 70 - 90 % to get the most signal from the instrument. Set output volume on the amp at 50 - 70 %, then adjust gain on the amp to get required sound level. You're not likely to blow the amp, but you could blow the speakers if the amp delivers more power than the speakers can handle. With a micro amp check the output rating. It's possible you may not have enough power to get the sound you want and as you turn up the gain the sound will distort.

How do you connect behringer sx2442fx eurodesk sttudio mixer on acomputer in studio

WIthout a quality audio interface the answer is you don't... You need to procure an audio interface for the computer. The internal audio systems of computers are too noisy to get decent results. The manual for the mixer will show the typical studio connection with a suggested audio interface.

How to hook up speakers? Sound sounds muffled

You DON'T connect speakers to this... this is NOT a powered mixer... you MUST use external amplifier !!!! You use bvalanced (TRS) cables to a suitable power amplifier which connects to speakers. Some Behringer mixers such as the PMP5000 have built in amplifiers to drive speakers... yours does not.

I don't understand how to use the 'tone' controls

Watch vidoes on "mixer setup". Don't worry if they are not your exact model as the principles are essentially the same among the various types. EQ controls for the channels are "flat" when they are all set to 1 o'clock. The lower one reduces or boosts the bass, the next the midrange and the high the trebles. SOme have a midrange EQ frequency which adjusts the cnterpoint of the midrange frequency. Leave this at 12 o'clock until you get familiar with the rest if your unit happens to have that extra control.

I have the Behringer Xenyx 502 mixer, it's brand-new, and for some reason there's a weird buzzing/hissing sound in the main mix that will just not go away no matter what I do. I've unplugged everything,...

Is the sound a low frequency buzz or high frequency hiss? With all the input level controls at the minimum position and the output level controls at the maximum is the sound audible?

Waiting clarification, don't hesitate to post.
