I didn't use the link given in the manual. Instead, I used www.BlackandDecker.com/Register, not www.BlackandDecker.com/NewOwner that the manual said to use.

Changes were made to the website. Start at blackanddecker.com and select the customer support option that appears at the top right of the page. You will see the option to register your products on the left under heading of products and services. Click on product registration. Sign in as a guest and you should be able to register your products.
