Sungale Digital Photo frame only shows a white screen

When I turn the DPF on, it is only a white screen. It will not allow me to go to a menu, set up or anything. I have tried both a SD card (which I formatted) and a USB drive...neither work. The manual is no help. Any suggestions?

Hello sir,

U should install usb driver 1.0 at the location of ur drive. or connect the camera with usb drive and install the driver version of 1.1. it will solved.

My dpf-0802 digital frame will not read my sdhc card and it is unolcked and all photos show on my computer.
Some frames are not able to use an SDHC card. You might double check the requirements from the manufacturer... or even easier, try a card that is just a plain-jane sd card.

I have a DPF-1411. It will run thru one cycle and then freeze on last picture. Turn off-on and does same thing.
There should be a repeat setting in the menu. It is only playing once through and stopping.
