Try removing the key and reinsert it.

The KETTLER treadmill has an emergency stop mechanism for
your safety. Before starting your workout, fasten the cord of the
safety key to your clothing. If the treadmill has been shut down
by removing the safety key, restart it by reinserting the key. An
automatic restart of the treadmill belt does not occur. Further
instructions concerning the handling of the safety cut-out can be
found in the operating instructions for the training computer.

Dear Sir: Thank you by your question, and I will help you.
Your problem is very simple: 1) Disconnect your power cord
2) Observe with some special lens, every wire, is there are loose! Specially ground wire, thaT give Special Phenomenon, called in Electrical Enginnering ( Transistoriety Phenomenon).
This will be resolve your problem , since No code appear the fault is loosing wires+Ground Specially.

Most treadmill will run for a second or two but stop if the speed sensor don't pick up a speed. If the treadmill was moved there is a good possibility that the sensor is off line. Not 100% fimiliar with this particular unit but if you remove the motor cover, these are the usual places for speed sensors. The front roller- the side where belt come from the motor. The other popular place is on the motor fan. The sensor has either two or three wires with the sensor at the end. On the roller, the sensor needs to be close enough to pick up the magnet on the side of the roller. On the fan make sure the teeth are clean and sensor has a good connection. Hopefully one of these will do it for you.
