Hi
I have a Konica Minolta 2490MF and when I try to print a document/s it will print the first page only then comes up with an error 'incorrect paper size (1LT)' the paper size is correct (A4) and the paper size setting is A4. If I take the paper out of the feeder and replace it again the error message dissapears, it prints 1 page then the error message comes up again. I've tried a different type of paper but nothing I do seems to fix the problem.
Hope you can help
Thanks
Stephen
Need to set A4 size default on the printer driver itself.
Go to Printers and Faxes / Konica Minolta 2490MF right click/ Printing preferences /
Create a "Easy Set" with a new name. Set all paper sizes to A4. Save the new settings to the new Easy Set.
Click apply.
should be o.k.
If the printer gives this fault also with "copy" then look here:

It is the same printer mechanism but without scanner device. It is a good idea to order the service manual

Mr Stephen You have to check paper settings at 3 places first that you are putting correct paper size in correct tray and the paper supporter is touching the paper. Secondly your documents page setup paper size. Finally go to printer properties and under paper selection you will find letter size change it to a4 Thankyou for using free solutions at yafix-ratings from your side would be appriciated.
