I guess the VGA port is dead, ?
most old PC had 2 ports, 1 on the card, one on the main chassis rear . if the card GPU vga is present only it works.
if you remove the GPU the main VGA port is live.

I cant see rear of your PC and seeing MATTERS.

the common failures are:
RTC coin cell dead.
HDD bad, (most are this old)
and PSU bad.

A Totally dead PC can usually mean that the the power supply has quit.

You will be directed to a page where you need to choose the operating system file of your computer.
