http://www.fixya.com/PostAnswer.aspx?thid=2692939 drea_mike67 on Jul 31, 2009 a message saying windows-no dis exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c then it says cancel try agin contunue and i push one and it just keeps coming back constantly. • Friday, July 31, 2009 Hello drea_mike67,
There may be any number of storage device faults causing the no disk exception error message. For instance, a usb device may have been removed without choosing the 'safely remove hardware' option. If that's the case then reconnect the usb device and choose 'safely remove hardware' (bottom right hand corner of your PC screen), and then remove the USB device.
If the error message still comes up then try using the device manager in the windows control panel like this:
•Opening the Control Panel The Windows Control Panel can be opened by: Selecting *Start > Control Panel (on Windows Vista) - OR - Start > Run > Type 'Control' and select OK (on Windows XP)
In the Control Panel, do the following: •Select System •Select the Hardware tab •Select Device Manager •Look for disk drives or other drives that are not used or recognized... •Right click the device(s) and select uninstall

For your memory problem you will need to add more physical memory to your system. Physical memory is a chip that is installed into your computer. Requires that you open the computer case and install the memory chip.
"UPDATE - summary added, history moved to end: This problem seems to be caused either by malware (virus or spyware etc), or by software following a Windows update or some other software installation or uninstallation (particularly HP, Norton or QuickTime software) trying to check for removable media that isn't there (e.g. disc in DVD drive or card in card reader), when it shouldn't be doing that check." source: http://www.consumingexperience.com/2007/11/windows-no-disk-exception-processing.html
