Issues with Streamer Sport Model 888WA power chair

I think the locks on the motors may be in the off position. There are levers under the plastic cover just in front of the wheels make sure they are fully pushed up. if they are down it l flash an won't turn on.
the other possibility is that the controller got locked somehow , if the motor locks are in the proper position and it still doesn't start try this:
To unlock the Powerchair controller:
Use the on/off button to switch the controller on. The maximum
speed/profile indicator will be rippling up and down
Push the joystick forward until the controller bleeps.
Push the joystick in reverse until the controller bleeps.
Release the joystick, there will be a long bleep.
The Powerchair is now unlocked. Hope this helps

Please can you tell me how ofter the light's flash ? does there appear to be some kind of sequence ?
