Can't connect to the ea servers to play madden 13
Dont worry its not you its EA they have trouble with there servers some times, its nothing big but when BATTLEFIELD 3 or 2 came out EA's server was down for 2 WEEKS yah i said it 2 WEEKS, so dont stress it will connect eventualy maybe not today but keep a check in on it and if you dont beleave me look up EA reviews on there servers lol hope this helps bud, jamie

Ah you know, ea servers make you get your own account on line through them before you can play anything. Sucks, yeah, but no way around it. Hope that helps!

ok SET SYSTEM CLOCK back 3 years. i know it sounds stupid, but it resolved my issue. ( FYI, you must be signed out of xbox live to set system clock.)

If you have an Xbox live "Silver" account all you can do is talk to your friends, it will not allow you to play games with them. If you have a "Gold" account it will allow you to do both and download content etc. It will tell you what type of account you have in "my xbox" under your avatar. This could be your problem. The other problem could be that this is the busiest weekend of the year for Madden due to the Super Bowl. I think the problem is going to be your subscription status being silver instead of gold.
