Hi, i have acer extenza 4620z and got infested by viruses and i tried fresh installing ms xp pro instead of vista, but i ran into problem with the ff: controllers 'cause i wont let pass the ms xp software license agreement because the of the ff: controllers they are: ethernet controller, mass storage controller, network controller pci device, video controller and video controller(vga compatible).can u help? i am willng to pay if there is a fee.

If other computers in your home network can access internet then on your PC is already virus that is blocking internet connections. Simplest way is to format system or all HDD and do fresh windows installation.
make sure you dont have the mic muted on the sound controls through control panel. Also both of these programs have preferences and you might need to check that your internal mic is selected as the input device.
