To reset the controller Turn the dial to off.
Then you need to press and hold the start button and the low heat button.
Keep them both held in and turn the dial 1 click clockwise.
Keep the buttons held in till start light flashes then let go.
If this works then turn the dial to off and then back on and try a cycle and see if this works.

Unfortunately, it means you have a computerized machine that can only be repaired by a technician with proper diagnosing equipment. Even if you can find out the meaning of the code... that may not tell you what to do about it. (It usually involves replacing circuit boards). Monetarily, with regard to cost of repairs, we were all far better off back in the days of ''switches'', ''knobs'' and ''mechanical timers''.

A google search, with the model number and the words ''user manual'' will very likely turn one up for you.

If this is a condenser dryer, it could be the condenser unit that needs cleaning

Did you check the res to see if it was full? Might be clothes inside the door and it aint shut all the way? never even seen a condenser dryer.

This info should be on the insert hidden somewhere in the machine..look behind the lower kick panel..under the lid...on back...somewhere for the folded paper insert.
