Here are the Diagrams for Diplomat kettles, and dump assemblies for models built after 1993. The handles for earlier models are very different to this, and I don't have the diagrams. You should be able to get the parts from Cretors, or any concessions dealer around the country.

SOURCE: Stirrer is not turning. Kernels burning

check first the fuse of the motor. if not busted, measure the resistance of the motor using the DMM, digital multi meter. you should get a resistance reading of 100 Ohms to certain Kilo Ohms. if no reading replace the motor. if the resistance is in mega Ohms replace it as well.

School concession popcorn machine
There are many ways that this could have caused your problem! Too much popcorn kernels put into bucket!....somthing in the bucket that is causing it too stick! (I would never put salt or any other seasoning in the maker untill popcorn has dropped) anso the heat from the maker itself can cause warping of the metal parts inside over time! I cant tell you what parts to order because i dont know the model number,But If you have all the pats somone of little skill should be able to fix it for you by bending it back into place and putting it back together and trying it! If not come back with the model # and we can help with the parts!

My mother's GE microwave oven has a large burn mark on the ceiling of the unit. She noticed some plastic parts on the floor of the unit. She bought the combination microwave-stove about four years ago and...
That would be the stirrer assembly. It consists of the stirrer motor, stirrer blade, and stirrer cover.

Without the stirrer in place, the oven will not cook evenly and may arc and spark.

Without the cover in place, food particles and grease can get on the waveguide and magnetron, and cause arcing damage.

You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.

There should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

At our Web site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

If you need to replace the stirrer motor, you'll probably have to pull the oven from the wall. You can download GE owner's manuals and installation instructions here.

If the cavity metal of the oven is chipped or charred, it will have to be sanded smooth and clean and dried thoroughly.

Then you can apply some high-temperature appliance paint, available from places like Wal-Mart, Lowe's or Builder's Square.

My sharp r-1381 is shooting sparks out the top of it any do it your self fixes?
That model has a stirrer motor and blade in the ceiling above the waveguide cover.

Arcing can occur if there is grease or food particles on the front or back of the stirrer cover, on the blade or around the motor shaft.

You would need to remove the stirrer cover and inspect the parts, then use a damp cloth to wipe the parts clean.

We have a partial service manual for this model and have uploaded it to our site here to help you. You may also need to refer to this base manual.

You will need the free Acrobat Reader to view or print them in case you don't have it already.

Hot Spots in my Spacemaker Microwave Oven JVM14OH001
Okay, I see now.

That would be the "stirrer blade assembly" part number WB2X9935.

It comes as an assembly, with the stirrer blade and what looks like a coupler.

GE sells it for $98, but you can get by searching for part # WB2X9935 here for only $55.61.
