Great answer, My error did not go away and it made me remove the entire ink loader tray and find that one of the metal spring clips came out of place and the heating element came off its place, Thank you Jose Cada so much for that answer.
Here is the sequence to clear the error 04,025,46: ###(print count) on my 8860MFP:
Press SYSTEM button on the dark center section of the control panel, select INFORMATION and then TROUBLESHOOTING then SERVICE TOOLS, when in service tools press and hold the up arrow while still pressing the up arrow press the down arrow. the display should say SERVICE . select ENTER DIAGNOSTIC MODE press enter, WAIT 20 seconds before display shuts off and goes into diagnostic mode, go to function menu. then go to clear ISC fault and enter. ISC=ink stick count fault.
Give this a try. it may clear you code. Use program 14
To enter diagnostics: Turn on the power and within 4 seconds press the following
sequence: ‘Clear’, ‘Exposure Mode’, ‘Clear’, ‘Exposure
Mode’ (Exposure Mode is the button on the far left). The console will go completely
blank. To enter a code: Select the first part of the code using the copy quantity buttons,
followed by the ‘Print’ button, then the second part of the code followed by the

any 9 code is xerographic. This machine isn't worth fixing if you want me to be truthful. The parts alone will cost you more than enough. Look for DC12 on ebay or something to upgrade.

Quita la tapa posterior y observa si gira el motor principal y el motor de el cilindro si no giran tienes un problema en la AC driver 5Volts o en los 24 volts verifica tambien los fuses de la PWB de interconexion y de la Ac driver suerte
someone has gone into diagnostics and enabled Status Print Engine Fix 1. press menu/exit key 2. enter # 1931 in that order 3. engine test(diagnostic) should be displayed 4. use arrow keys to scroll to, then select engine test(status print) 5. press enter 6. press the "2" key on numeric keypad to disable (status print) 7. machine will revert to Ready to Copy 8. power off and then back on the M20 9. Your done.
