Check the batteries inside the keyboard, ensure that they are well placed.

Remember that you have to synch the keyboard with the receiver by starting the software and following instructions from setup wizard.

You may have to update your PC's usb drivers to support the keyboard. You can also try using a usb to ps/2 converter and plug it into the keyboard port instead of the usb. Please try the other usb slots and see if any of them work with the keyboard.

I have a compucessory wireless mouse and keyboard. Mouse model 40918. My mouse just stopped working this morning. How do I get it to reconnect?

check the batteries on the mouse
usually on the underside of a mouse possibly under a plastic sticker rub your fingernail across the top to locate a small (phillips screw) star screw make sure they are connected you can do this by spinning them around and fully charged

Green light comes on for 20 seconds then goes off and mouse doesn't work Microsoft Arc Mouse 1349

Try switching ports and try using it on another computer and check if it works or not. If not then replace it

My niece was playing on my computer. My mouse doesn't work now. Is there a button on the keyboard that turns the mouse off? The touch mouse still works.

There is no button to turn off or to disable the mouse function.. But you can set or disable your mouse by configuring to your Device Manager. But take not, before you disable your mouse, you should know how to use shortcut keys and use only keyboard to navigate your files..

Lights are on but mouse doesn,t work.Inland wireless mouse and keybord. Keyboard works great.

Check with fresh batteries.. Did you sync the mouse with transciever? Push tiny button on transceiver, (maybe hold for few seconds) light flashes quickly.. then push tiny button under the mouse, light stops flashing. Try few times, maybe otherway round. If still not work consider defective.

Wireless mouse/keyboard

The manufacturer no longer has the drivers on its web site nor could I find drivers on any of the archive sites I?m aware of. If you?re in love with this mouse I would try emailing Sakar (http://www.sakar.com/about.aspx) to see if they will send you the drivers for your operating system. If that doesn?t work you could try just letting Windows try to find/install the best driver it has. If that doesn?t work it just might be time for an upgrade.
