The used toner is stored in the Transfer Belt assembly on the right door that you open to remove a jam. Remove one spring on each side and release the catch while gently lifting up on the belt and roller assembly. It swings 90 degrees up from the rest of the assembly. There are 6 screws that hold a cover on the lower assembly. remove it and dump the waste toner. *** VERY MESSY*** have a vac on hand. Not a shop vac unless you want toner clouds floating around the office. If the six screws aren't present, dump the toner out of the **** between the mylar-rubber blade and the lower assembly. once this is done, the message will clear.

You need to open an close the front cover a few times, this will turn the machine on and off and start the toner replenishment cycle. That should do it.

The used toner bottle is not actually a bottle at all. Not sure what you emptied, but it sounds like the actual toner bottle itself. The waste toner is contained with in the transfer belt unit. When you open the right side cover, this is the unit that is attached to the door. It is a brown belt that provides transfer of the image to the drum and separates the paper from the drum. Remove this unit by locating the release levers on either side of the transfer unit (push both of them towards the machine). After removing, you will need to actually take the belt unit off of the transfer unit. To do this, remove the two tension springs on either side, and then take a small flat bladed scredriver and release the clips that hold it down (you will see when you get started). Once you get it off, you will see the long blade that actually scrapes the toner off the belt. Dump the waste toner out this end. You will need to shake it pretty hard. A better (and cleaner) option is to vaccum it out using the crevace tool on you vac. Just make sure you completely empty it. Now....do everything in reverse.
Hope this helps,
Chad

The wast toner is placed next (next) to the first tray.
To reach there open the front door and you will see a screw (placed on top toward the main swith).
After unscrew you will be able to open a small door that hides the waste toner bottle.
Be careful because it is a little messy.
Good luke. If you need extra help reply to me
The bottom left portion of the display gave
the error message:
Waste Toner Bottle 1 Almost Full. Please call service.
They were still able to print,
however this message would not go away.
To Fix:
Power down the printer using
the normal shutdown method.
Open the top front door.
Remove the cover directly below
the 4 toner cartridges.
The removable cover below the
toner cartridges is actually the Waste Toner Bottle.
Bring this to the dumpster.
There is a round, clear-plastic tab on the underside of the "bottle". Remove this.
Shake the bottle around over the dumpster.
Continue until all the toner has been removed.
Push the clear plastic tab back in place.
Wipe off all toner residue before putting it back into the printer.
Put the waste toner bottle back into place. Power on the Savin. Confirm the message no longer appears and that users are able to print.
