My nokia 2600 fell in a rain puddle but the phone still works however the screen is blacked out. Now and can't see my contacts, text, etc. I need to transfer contacts to sim card blind. I know how to open my contacts from the menu but which button is options and how do I transfer step by step (how many times do i scroll down)?

I think u really have to go to a shop that repairs phone but u can try this,u may need patience...i did this onetime and it worked,just try: Find a phone unit which is the same as yours....look for the steps on the other phone (same unit to yours) on how to transfer and do exactly what it takes, just do it step by step. Then try to check ur sim card if the transfer of numbers succeded.

There is a gadget you can buy which will read your SIM card and copy the data to a PC to give you a back up for just this problem. Also some phone shops offer this service for a fee. And I believe some operators will store your data on-line, but I haven't tried this.
