How do i clean a Hoshizaki ice maker?

check condenser condition can be dirty, cleaning the coils with coil cleaner for ice machines(i suggest you take all the ice out of bin first) i'd go with that first. check if it works for you.

is water pump running? is sufficient water in the sump? they harvest when the harvest thermistor says lines are cold. lack of water and the thermistor gets to cold to quick and a premature harvest. no water or pump over plate and it gets to cold to quick. the water over the plate keeps temps up till ice can form. good luck.

I believe if you remove the thermostat wires and put them together and retry it you'll be making Ice, then get you a new thermostat. Please rate me accordingly and good luck.

k well that will depend im not really an expert on it but i did clean 2 freezers so im thinking that theyd be pretty much the same...hope i can help. first of take all the ice out of the machine. since it looks nice and new im thinking that the put thought of cleaning into making it.so i think theres a drain in there. not sure how clean you want it just take a scrub pad and soap(if you find the drain) the rinse it out. not sure y you would want to clean it though.
