Here is the website:
http://www.qbond.net/pg_1/pg_1.htm

This is a cyanoacrylate--same as Crazy Glue--so if QBond does not have an answer try another manufacturer. But anything that takes that off will probably tave the paint with it.

How to replace my broken window in 2006 honda pilot

My best advice here is to pay a specialist to do it. they will be able to do it quickly, easily and they pay for it if the glass breaks during fitting.
For Door windows you will need to remove the door card on the inside of the door to get access to the door winder mechanism, frame and rails for the glass. You will probably also need to remove the door trim the glass rises up through to give you more room to get the glass in. Replacing the glass isn't too difficult but it is a two person job and will probably take at least a whole day to do. As the new window glass is curved it will also take a lot of twisting and rotating to get it in without breaking it.
The rest of the windows, like the windscreens and rear quarterlight windows, are bonded in with a strong adhesive which needs to be cut out and the frame cleaned before the new glass can be glued, (bonded), into position.

What type of glue can I use to re-glue the rear side wi(n)dow to the latch?

You can try a 'superglue' used for sticking interior mirrors back in place. images below are generic. Most car accessory shops will sell suitable glues:

Granville Windscreen Rear View Mirror Aerial Bond Glass Metal Adhesive Glue

Or you can try a two-part epoxy type glue:

Rearview mirror fell off windshield while car was parked unused for a week

You can buy a special bonding adhesive at a parts store to fix this. Usually there is a piece that the mirror attaches to, which is glued to the windshield. You will need to follow the instructions on the bonding adhesive, which will include cleaning the area where you will attach the mirror, and usually you separate the base mount from the mirror, glue it, hold in place with pressure for about 1 minute, reattach mirror, and you will be good to go.
