Setting Time I have GE clock radio and I am unsbale to locate the users manual. I posted this problem a couple of Days ago but the model I have doesn't have letters like "H" for "Hour or "M" for "Minute". There is a "Set" button, but it also plays CD's so there are arrows for "fwd" and "rwd." Does someone know what model this is and can you help? (Model 7) Thanks.

A pdf of the manual for the GE 74801 Clock Radio is in the middle of the FixYa page for this problem. It can be found on page 5 of the pdf manual, which can't be downloaded (bummer).
Here's what it says - I can't paste in the graphic):

Setting time (the graphic is the top of the radio with buttons):
1. Press the SET button, the “ : ” will flash on the display .
2. Press REV (L arrow) or FWD (R arrow) to set the time.
3. AM or PM icon will show beside the time.

Tip: No icon will be flashing if all selectors are Set, if you see any icon flashing on display, press the SET button repeatedly to
confirm everything is set correctly

Unplug all power (battery too) and wait a few minutes. Plug in power and 12:00 will start to flash. Press "set" and then release it. Now press any of the two buttons to the right of "set". One will increase time the other will decrease time. Hold the button down and time changes faster. Do not press any button when you have obtained the correct time for at least a minute or so.

Need to set time

These clocks uses the same family of IC's. There should be a button labeled 'time' or 'time set'. Push and hold this button, then press a button labeled 'H' or Hour, you should see the hour advance. In some models, if you press the button long enough, the advance rate will become faster. Press the button labeled 'M' or minutes and the same procedure applies. After that release the 'Time' button
