Need thingy that replacement heads & cutter fits into

Remington R-950. Ordered replacement heads and cutter only to find (after I threw away packaging) that the plastic thing that they heads fit into is cracked. Don't know what that part is called but sure would like to replace it instead of having to buy another razar especially since I have the replacement heads. Help!

I had a problem with my head once before. The bolt the head screws into came out. I contacted customer service at remington they mailed me a new one with a head free of charge.

How do you remove the battery from a Remington Dual Foil 30 Shaver?

There are two screws on the back just under where the cutter fits on. Remve shaver head then remove screws and you can then gently pry the front and back apart from the top.
