If you have the H300 bluetooth, try this manual http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/download/manuals/h300manual.pdf you have to put it in pair mode. basically with the device turned off, press and hold the pwer button until the blue light remains steadily lit. then you can search for the device from your phone. the passkey should be 0000. good luck.

First of all, I had the same problem and went to the Motorola site. I did a search on "H350 Motorola Headset passkey" and it came up with a line that said the key was 0000 and cannot be changed.

If anybody is using this for the HS850 then the light does not stay steadily lit. To do this you must open the headset while the light is on. Then it will pair with the 0000 passcode.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I thought I was going to have a bluetooth that I couldn't use because I had purchased a new phone and lost my bluetooth manual. I went to the Radio Shack website and went right to the manual. It took about 2 minutes to pair it with my new phone!

Step one: make sure bluetooth is fully charged. While off, press down and hold the mulitifunction key on the bluetooth until light remains on.
Step two: put your phone in discoverable mode and click on add new device to search.
The phone will then find the bluetooth.
