Psp will Play video but the sound will cut out after 1:30 min

All my videos under 1 min 30 sec have no problems what so ever, but if over, the sound will cut out right at that point. the video still plays and looks great but no sound. i used a video converter to take the videos off youtube to a wmv file and if I play them on the computer they play all the way WITH sound. I use the Sony Media Manager to snyc the videos from my computer to my psp. they sync completely everytime, and everytime the sound cuts out at around 1:30.

What am i doing wrong?

Hi,

I guess after getting the videos, please use this tool to convert;

Step 1. Download this PSP videos 9 from http://www.pspvideo9.com/ and run it on your computer.

Step 2. Double click on the software to open it.

Step3. Click on Convert > Current Conversion > One-Click Convert andthen the pop-up for the directory comes up. You can then choose thevideo from the directory where it is saved on your computer (desktp,folder,...etec).

Step 4. Click on "Open" and then the conversion starts automatically. Allow the conversion go on to 100%.

Step5. After completion click on Library > Local Files > Open Folder, the file's original directory opens up and you can now copy to your pspvia cable or memory card (memory card reader).

You can convert and watch any video to the format your psp could play.

Regards

Video problems

maybe video format is not compatiable with PSP. I heard this video converter converts video files, YouTube videos, movies so you can play them on your PSP. The software can convert all types of video files (avi, divx, xvid, flv, x264, vob, mpeg, YouTube, etc.) into the proper video formats (MPEG-4, H.264) that play on the PSP.

Psp charge for only 25 sec and cut off why is that?

it probably is your battery. you may have to get it replaced at a gamestop or at some other speacialty store

another solution is to replace a blown fuse.

PSP Video Sound Problem

it might have to do with the type of psp that u are running

my old phat had no problems with videos and the newer motherboard that i just put into it has no problems either. aslo, did u try using headphones? in another case if u only use headphones that could be the problem. the headphones i mean. of course there could also be something wrong with ur motherboard and if so i would recamend for u not to worry about it unless it totaly craps out. then u would have to take it to a shop to get fixed
