2004 Dodge Neon. I hit a curve on the road and now there is a wire hanging on the passenger side behind my headlight anybody knows what it is?

Curves in the road are a common occurrence and cars are easily equipped to go around them.

The wire could be off a number of things, but you can test by turning all the lights on, especially the low level fog lights. Also try the horn, as if I remember correctly it is located above the passenger wheel arch liner.

Where is the fog light switch in the 2003 dodge neon?

It's on the headlight switch, pull out the end. You'll see the fog light icon on the instrument panel.

My car( neon 97) didnt have fog lights originaly and i dont know how to instal it

its not a bad job on a neon ,the fog light kit you will buy will come with a switch and the relay and wiring for installing them, they also came with a real good set of directions for doing this,if you need to get someone to help you with doing this, sometimes running the wires is tricky, but other than that the fog lights can be mounted in the same place as the originals was,and they look good,i sold my 97 neon and i had fog lights on it,they were after market but looked and worked excellent, with a little work and time anyone can install a set on any car, good luck.

Not sure what the icon on the dashboard was signalling

Semi-solved. It looks to be some sort of headlight warning. Fog lights?
I'm still investigating.

Changing Fog Lights

if you look directly under the bumper just under the fog light you will see a bracket that holds a 13 mm bolt. undo that and pop the light out from the front of the bumper and replace the bulb. install is the reverse
