tilt the machine to get to the bottom and there is an electric pump that you can remove with no tools, you twist if out. after that is removed you should see what has clogged your pump.. I spent 4 hours disassembling my entire machine , cleaning it, trying to find out what was wrong. And the fix could of just taken me 1 minute.. Next time... But at least I know how to take everything apart now, very easy and simple machine to work on.

It sounds like you need to re programme the machine.
With the machine plugged into the wall and turned on and the headset turned off this is what you do.
Push and hold down the start button, while doing that you need to then push and hold down the power button.
Hold them down for about 5 seconds, during which time you may a series of up to 3 beeps.
Then release the buttons.
Turn the machine off and then on again followed by the start button. Allow the machine to then run the complete cycle.
This should correct your problem, if this doesn't then you may need to then look at replacing the computer panels.

There are several possible causes. To track down the problem, first shut off the water supply valve feeding the washing machine, then remove the hot water hose from the machine and direct it into a bucket. Turn on the water supply valve. Does water come out? Is it hot? If you only get cold water, then you need to insulate the pipe between the water heater and the supply valve so you get hot water faster (assuming the water heater is working!)
If you have a supply of hot water, then check the inlet screen where the hose connects to the washing machine. Perhaps it is clogged with lime or sediment. If it is clear, then you have a fault in the hot water solenoid valve or water temperature selector switch.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Check that the washer supply is OK using another item - a kettle for instance. If it's not check your breakers/fuses. Reset/replace if necessary and if the same thing happens ( or if there was nothing wrong with the breakers/fuses in the first place) sorry but with such a fault it is virtually impossible for anybody on this forum to remotely guess what could be wrong with your washer. It could be internal wiring/plugs sockets, control panel switches, control PCB.
I fear that your only real option is a service call as the engineer will have the right equipment to safely diagnose what is wrong.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

The same thing applies- I fear that your only real option is a service call as the engineer will have the right equipment to safely diagnose what is wrong.
