That app is likely only testing the network speed of your iPhone, and if you're using a cellular connection instead of WiFi, the results will depend heavily on which provider you're with and they're coverage in your area.
If you're using the same WiFi on all your devices, the iPhone 5 should not be slower than other iPhones, there are multiple reasons as to why it is getting slower speeds however.

If you're running the tests at the same time, they may interfere with each other so run them one after the other.

If you're already doing that, your router may be prioritising the other devices over your iPhone 5, assuming other devices are using the internet at the same time.

Your iPhone is becoming slow because a large number of junks files including cookies, documents & data, temp files, "other" data etc. If you don't want to uninstall or reinstall any iOS apps, you can use 3rd party software like CleanMyPhone(http://www.fireebok.com/cleanmyphone.html) to clean and speed up your iPhone.

Phone is damn slow

If it's a android I recommend deleting apps you don't need and going into the Settings and into the Apps tab. Tap on any app such as Facebook or something of the sort and tap clear cache, do that for several apps to free up memory.

Hoe to improve iphone 3g processing speed... it is so lazy and waste my time too

You cant increase the 3g processing speed if your iphone is stock.
Its possible to increase it if your iphone is jailbroken.

Right now the 3g has a processor speed of 412mhz which is pretty slow on todays standards. Most phones now are 1ghz to 1.8ghz.
Even if you jailbroke the phone. The maximum that u could increase the processor speed is to 550mhz. Downside is that when you increase the processor speed past its stock mhz, the battery will die faster.

My iPhone is getting slow

Try closing all the open apps. Double click on the home button and long press (press for about 3 or 4 seconds) an app on the bottom tray. Tap on the red X and close each app. Don't worry, it's not deleting the apps, just closing them from the background. Try closing them all and see if that speeds things up. Good luck!

My iphone 3g was upgrade to 4.2.1, but it too slow, i tried to downgrade back to 3.1.3, but i got problem,.., i got massage "the iphone could not be restored, an unknown error occured (1646) on...

Put it back to 4.2.1
It's not the iOS that's slow. It's how much stuff is on the phone.
The more apps, videos, songs, whatever. The slower the phones gonna run.

I have iOS 4.2.1 and mine runs fast, reliable, and does perfectly. But I also leave atleast 1gb free
