For Best Solution of 6 times blink fault of your SONY LED TV you need to check your Back light connectors for dry soldering. also check faulty LED strip.

You can try unplugging it for a while and then plugging it back in, but according to the manual, the standby LED:
Lights up red when your TV is in PC power saving mode. If the LED blinks in red continuously, this may indicate the TV needs servicing.

It's a power supply related problem.
The flashing 8 times is a trouble code. A Service Manual for your TV model will have the info on the codes.
