That scooter brand is also known under the name
"X-treme" and the one your looking for is the "XG-470" I believe. Here is a link for an owners manuel to it. Hope it helps out.

Rascal 600T Mobility Scooter. Can you help me?

The chargers are expensive because they are a 24 volt, 4 Amp charger. These scooters use 2 x 12 volt batteries and provides power to one (or two) 24 volt motors. Disconnect the batteries and check the voltage of each battery and check the output voltage of the charger.

My Freedom Scooter 946 drives without the key being turned on. The only way to get it not to drive is to unplug the battery.

It sounds like your Freedom Scooter 946 may have a fault in the key switch or wiring. You should have it serviced by a qualified technician in order to ensure that the electrical system is properly functioning. It is important to have the scooter serviced as soon as possible to prevent any further damage or incidents from occurring. Additionally, it is important to always ensure that the battery is properly plugged in before attempting to drive the scooter.

Why do Rascal Scooters have a common problem with killing batteries? I have a 625 that has killed 3 sets of batteries. I have read it is common. Help, you guys/girls are the best,

You must have some kind of circuit that stays on to drain the batteries. You need to find out what is still turned on with
the key off.
As a suggestion, lift one of the battery leads (these should be connected in series for 24volt operation). With one of
the battery leads to the other battery, or lead to the controller disconnected, temporarily connect the automotive 1156) signal light bulb in series between the battery post and the original battery lead.

If the light bulb glows red or brighter, you have something draining the batteries with the KEY OFF, and you may need to unplug disconnect the controller, or controller relay to see if the light bulb stops glowing, which may help to locate the area of what is causing the short.
Good luck finding wiring diagrams. it seems that the scooter
industry wants to protect it's dealers, and only they seem to
have wiring diagrams.

Batteries were dead. put 2 new 12 volt batteries and hooked them up the way the old ones come out + to+ and - to - I turn the switch on and have no lights, no horn , motor won't run. fuses are...

Bob make sure that the wiring is connected correctly to scooter controller in other words if the cables from the batteries have a connector that plug into the harness coming from the controller make sure that connectors (if color coded) match up and that they are seated correctly. Look on the underside of your rear shroud for a wiring diagram and make sure that the new batteries are wired in that way Hope this helps

On an E 100 Razor scooter, the battery charger shows charged

We had the same problem that I found to have a very simple fix. It seems all that needed to be done was hold in the reset button a few seconds while the battery charger was plugged in and the light on the charger turned to red and the battery charged again. Seems like too easy of a fix but it worked for my kids scooter.
