Your windows may have corrupted files, try a complete re-install of the operational system using the original recovery disc. If that fails the hard drive is most likely defective.
you pc is in safemode , need to put it back in normal mode , when you start the pc , look at the back screen and read normal mode and move the cursor in to normal mode and click enter you might have 20 seconds to do it
You may have to boot from a CD and make a repair. Once logged in the CD, choose repair option (Recovery Console), and type these three commands: 1) fixmbr (wait til it finishes) 2) fixboot (wait...) 3) CHKDSK (this will take longer than the previous two. Your laptop may now boot normally. I think your laptop doesn't have an internal CD-ROM so you may use an external USB CD.
You should go into the safe mode and try to uninstall or undo the previous work. Else use the system restore. But if it continues again with a blue screen error, then u should format ur pc, further if u experience blue screen error then u should note that one of ur hardware is damaged.
Try to boot in safe mode.
From a cold boot, hit f8 till it gives you several options including "safe mode". Do that and if you can boot to windows let it do it's stuff before restarting normally.
Good luck
you should be able to press F8 on start up, so as you are able to start in safe mode, the option will come up and highlight the line 'Start windows in safe mode' and press enter.
When windows starts the icons will be larger than normal, so don't worry, but their will show your own account and an administrartor account, click on the administrator account and go to accounts and select the account that is passworded.
You should then either be able to delete the password, change, or delete the account, when done, restart pc and it should be ok and back to normal
