How to transfer vedios and music frm phone to computer

You must download PC suite first in order to read sms of your W810i on our computer.Things that you require are:

• Data cable.
• Phone monitor :It is the PC suite for Sony Ericsson W810i that will allow you to do task like reading SMS on your phone managing them,contacts and data etc.

Installation instructions:

• Download the file to a temporary folder on your PC.
• It is recommended to uninstall any previously installed version of Sony Ericsson PC Suite
• Execute the downloaded file.
• If updating to a newer version of the Sony Ericsson PC Suite, a restart of the PC may be required after the new installation is completed.

How to use:

• Connect the mobile phone to your PC using an applicable connection: Cable, Infrared or Bluetooth connection.
• Start the included programs from the Start/Programs/Sony Ericsson folder or the Application Launcher application

first get the settings for your cell phone from the service providor and then for soft wares you can visit wap.getjar.com

you need the .mp4 or .3gp files to play the music videos

You don't need the software to transfer music. I have the software but don't bother using it as it takes much longer to transfer files this way.

Just connect my your 350i to your computer using the USB cable. On your phone select "file transfer". Now, go to "My computer" and after 30 seconds your phone should appear as a removable drive, and you can drag & drop (or copy and paste files) into the music folder therein.

While in "file transfer" mode you cannot make or receive calls or texts, so be sure to disconnect as soon as your file transfer is complete. To do so, in my computer, right click the icon for your phone and select "eject".

you will have to use the software cd that came with your phone,install the software on your computer then you should be able to transferr the music with no problems

on the sony erricsson website. first look up the fone > support > downloads

Use the USB Cable provided with the Handset... Connect the phone to the USB slot in your computer & select the "PHONE MODE"....
Run the Sony Erricsson Software CD on your system...after which your phone will get connected with the computer and the Sony Erricsson K550i Icon will come on the desktop....
Double click on the icon to view two folders of "Memory Stick" and "Phone Memory"..
Select the folder in which you have the photos/ videos/ music tracks that you need to transfer...
Copy the same and Paste it on any of the drives on your computer...
The same works for transferring data/ music/ videos/pics from computer to phone as well....
There is no need to install the software CD everytime you need to transfer...run the software CD only once on the system and then get conected....

When you connect the usb to the pc.....the phone should be asking if to do "transfer pictures".

select transfer pictures and a folder will be on you pc....select that

You have to get a converter that converts any video format to the one your phone uses.Mp4 has to be converter too.

You can either put them on using the Sony Ericsson Pc suite "disc to phone" which you can download at the sony ericsson site for free. Or you can connect your device as a mass storgage device and go into the folders like its a pc on your drive. Another option would be to connect via bluetooth to transfer the files. But your pc needs to have bluetooth first. Hope this helped!
