I have a Disney Cars 13" TV/DVD Combo. DVDs won't play because it says the parental controls have been set for this player. It asks for an unlock code. The one that I can use for the V-Chip isn't working. Please help!

This tv/dvd combo is a NTSC DVD disc region only.Only read DVD disc from US,Canada or Mexico only sorry.Can not changes it to mutiple region to read PAL DVD disc in Europe,Asia,Middle East or Africa.Must buy a region free DVD player to play all the world DVD disc regions.

Unfortunately there are no known ways to change the user code. The parental controls are set because it's a DVD player for kids - and you must input the password every time you want to play a DVD.

1369 is the code to allow you to play blocked movies. I still haven't found a way to change the level. Again, you have to input the code each time. I know it stinks, but I guess they didn't think of the parental feature in its entirety.

Go in ur tv menu.Look for region setting.Set it to auto,than ur tv dvd combo can play either PAL or NTSC regions dvd movie disc.

Check the rca guide too see supported formats and check to make sure the disney dvd matches that format.

When the parental block comes up hit play, enter the code, then hit play again...
