I bought an iPhone 3G firmware 2.1 in my country the mobile network(mobinil Egyot) they sellin the iphone 3G with GPS not actvited soon the firmware that sellin with frimware 2.1.. so is there any solution to activate the gps on my iphone 3G??

You need your device to be on a 3.1.2 firmware & jailbroken

There is not a unlock code for the ipod but id you follow this video it will show you how to unlock it .

You cannot unlock iPhone 3.1.3 with modem firmware 05.12.01. But you can unlock modem firmware 05.11.07 using blacksn0w.

please check your iphone in settings and version and check what firmware version you have.
